Return Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges. For most Jewelry and Gem purchases, items should be returned in original packaging and all tags attached including all documentation witch you received with item, ( Please save a copy of the receipt for your reference) In a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase, certain restrictions applied to select items, will be printed on your receipt. We will notify you on your refund, after we have received the items in good condition within two business days receipt of item/s. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
