Return Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges. Jewelry should be returned in original packaging and all tags attached including all documentation witch you received with item, ( Please save a copy of the receipt for your reference) In a saleable condition, unused and unworn within 10 days of purchase. Bridal or Prom Crystal Jewelry will not be accepted for return for any reason except if damaged, and it will be replace with the same style, or if that style is out of stock it will be replaced by a similar style of our choosing We will notify you on your refund, after we have received the items in good condition within two business days receipt of item/s. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
